YoungTae Noh is an assistant professor in the department of computer science and information engineering at Inha University. He received his B.S. in computer science from Chosun University in 2005, an M.S. degree in information and communication from Gwangju Institute of Science Technology (GIST) in 2007, and a Ph.D. in computer science at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2012. Before joining Inha University, he was with Cisco Systems as a software engineer (2012-2014) and with the department of computer science at Purdue University as a Postdoctoral Research Associate (2015-2015).

His research interests include Software Defined Networking (SDN), Big Data Processing Frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Tez, etc.), Mobile Networking/Computing, Indoor Localization, Content-Centric Networking (CCN), Underwater Acoustic Sensor Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks.
